The variety of sorbets is refreshing, and not just in summer. During the production of the fruit sorbets, great importance is placed on a high fruit content of 30 to 35%. These ingredients are preferably sourced from regional producers. The ice cream selection is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face. All fruit sorbets are lactose- and gluten-free.

Our gelato products are carefully handcrafted with great dedication and a strong sense of tradition. This is not only visible, but also tangible in the taste! The fresh ingredients such as milk, cream, and other ingredients necessary for great taste and top quality are personally selected. We strive to achieve a high proportion of 60 to 65% fresh milk and cream in our ice cream. These ingredients are preferably supplied by regional producers. The gelato is handcrafted without artificial additives, according to legal standards, and is regularly tested and analyzed by laboratories.
